Fiona and Allan were genuinely welcoming. They helped us secure a table for dinner at a local tavern for our group, which was a fantastic recommendation. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with ample choices and everything cooked beautifully. Our room, the Suite with Balcony, offered breathtaking views and was exceptionally clean. The comfortable bed made for wonderful sleep. The only drawback was limited common space. it felt a bit cramped during peak times. accessibility to the inn may be challenging during bad weather, but we managed. Tarskavaig B&B truly catered to our needs and made us feel special throughout our stay.

Beautiful countryside views from our room were stunning.
Upon arrival, the host seemed unwelcoming, reprimanding us for our late check-in. The breakfast menu lacked options for dietary restrictions, and we left unexpectedly hungry. The air conditioning system in our room didn’t work effectively, making our stay uncomfortably warm throughout the night.

A lovely retreat near St Andrews 🌅
The brekkie was out of this world, and we had such a lekker chat with Fiona. Loved the coffee facilities in our room, and the whole vibe was just so homey. The view from our room was an absolute stunner!
The room felt a tad smaller than the fotos, but still, we had a jol!

The scenery at Tarskavaig B&B is breathtaking. the lack of common space felt a bit limiting.

missingWrote a review on 12 Novbroken hairdryerlimited breakfastunpleasant welcome
The hairdryer was broken, blowing cold air only, which wasn’t ideal when leaving with wet hair. I found the breakfast arrangements a bit lacking, having to pre-book and ending up with a later slot than expected, despite no one being in the breakfast room at that time. The check-in experience was unsettling. arriving late led to a somewhat unwelcome reception, which dampened the start of our stay.

I absolutely loved the complimentary tea and snacks upon arrival! The cozy garden and sun terrace were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Only downside was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty, but it didn't ruin the experience at all. 🌼
